After having 20 years of great success in establishing nationally acclaimed business systems for the auto and dental industries, I was urged by acquaintances in the beauty industry to share this knowledge with them. In response, 15 years ago, I formed Bright Futures Salon Systems, a consulting business that works exclusively with salons and spas.

Since founding Bright Futures, I’ve helped hundreds of salons increase their productivity across the country. Productivity increases are achieved by working on-site with your team setting individual goals and projections and customizing systems within your salon to track and achieve these goals. Working on-site has been a big part of my success as it allows me to adapt these proven systems within the culture of your salon.

Being productive doesn’t always mean being profitable. To answer the challenge of profitability, Bright Futures will work with you in projecting your profits as well as your productivity by using Salon Professor*.
