OWNERS & MANAGERS Conquering Your 8 Top Salon Challenges This 3-hour presentation uses actual salon challenges selected from my book, “Finding Diamonds” representing the (8) areas in the salon which are the most vulnerable to change. The areas represented are:

I have found over the years that many salons avoid doing weddings because they don’t find them profitable. I refute this thinking with a statistical presentation showing how an individual Wedding Department can be a major salon profit center.

- The majority of salon owners can’t stop doing hair and stay in business. This 3-hour presentation using Salon Professor show owners what changes need to occur in the salon in order for them to be in the position of doing hair because they want to, not because they have to.
